Customer Satisfaction is our Number one priority at Longhorn Harley-Davidson. We recognize that our customers are the most important part of our business. With that said, we have created a new and exciting Customer Appreciation Program, or simply called CAP. The program is free of charge and benefits you.
Monthly Email Newsletter
Members will receive the Longhorn Scoop Newsletter every month. The newsletter will keep members informed about upcoming events at Longhorn, special promotions, local motorcycle events, and other information about the motorcycle community. You will be required to submit an email address to receive the newsletters.
Accumulating Points
You can start earning points with your purchases in Motorclothes, Parts & Accessories, and Service Dept. Points will not be earned for warranty work, wreck repairs, Rider's Edge tuition, insurance, or the purchase of a new or previously owned motorcycle. Points will accumulate for one full year, January 1 to December 31. Points will not roll over to next year. Any points not used within the year of first purchase will expire. All coupons must be cashed in and redeemed by Dec 31st. The CAP points can be used toward the purchase of any merchandise, motorcycle, or service in our dealership only.
$1.00 dollar equals 1 point
Accumulate 750 points = $10.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 1250 points = $25.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 2000 points = $50.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 3000 points = $100.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 6000 points = $250.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 10,000 points = $500.00 gift certificate
Accumulate 15,000 points = $750.00 gift certificate

We love Birthdays, so you will automatically receive 25 points to your card on your very special day!
Activation and CAP points earned
To join our new program, you must sign up during your next visit to Longhorn. It's FREE and as simple as giving us your name, address, email address and cell phone number. Once you pick up your CAP number, visit our website to activate it by just clicking above. To view your CAP points earned, enter your information above.
The use of this information will be restricted to Longhorn and Harley-Davison Motor Company.
