Customer Appreciation Program

Customer Satisfaction is our Number one priority at Longhorn Harley-Davidson.  We recognize that our customers are the most important part of our business. With that said, we have created a new and exciting Customer Appreciation Program, or simply called CAP. The program is free of charge and benefits you.  The benefits of joining our CAP include:

Monthly Email Newsletter
Members will receive the Longhorn Scoop Newsletter every month. The newsletter will keep members informed about upcoming events at Longhorn, special promotions, local motorcycle events, and other information about the motorcycle community. You will be required to submit an email address to receive the newsletters.

Accumulating Points
Members will receive one CAP card and two key tags. You can start earning points with your purchases in Motorclothes, Parts & Accessories, and Service Dept. Points will not be earned for warranty work, wreck repairs, Rider's Edge tuition, insurance, or the purchase of a new or previously owned motorcycle. Points will accumulate for one full year, January 1 to December 31. Points will not roll over to next year. Any points not used within the year of first purchase will expire. The CAP points can be used toward the purchase of any merchandise, motorcycle, or service in our dealership only.
