  • "After 1 1/2 hours of a smooth ride from Troy, IL. to business in Farina, IL., my 02′ Heritage suddenly wouldn’t stay running. I called Legacy Service Dept & within 40 mins I had the General Manager pulling in with a trailer. Arriving at the Legacy Dealership on a busy Saturday I anticipated lots of wait time with dollar signs going thru my head. But much to my surprise, my bike went right into a technician/mechanic. 60 minutes & less than $100 later, they had me back on the road. I couldn’t be more lucky & grateful to have such a great, efficient & downright honest Harley Dealership within 20 miles of a breakdown or um… loose battery cable.

  • "I was traveling through Midland on my 2017 Trike when I started having electrical issues that affected my display panel and Fob connection. I stopped into Legacy late in the afternoon without an appointment and they tracked down a bad connection within a couple of hours. I was blown away by their knowledge, expertise, and tenacity. Thanks, guys. I sure didn’t want to be stranded while on the road. Legacy Service Dept is tops!!"
